Previously, the Mega Hailer received a 2018 Astor Award as Best Mass Notification System – Hardware by American Security Today magazine.

The AmpliVox Mega Hailer PA System is a 50-watt, wireless, lightweight, battery-powered loudspeaker system that broadcasts highly-intelligible sound up to a half-mile, reaching audiences up to 3,000.

Built-in Bluetooth® module allows you to wirelessly stream sound from any Bluetooth® capable device.

According to Tech & Learning Group Publisher Christine Weiser:

"The 2019 Awards of Excellence contest focused on standout products that are both unique in the K-12 market, as well as those that are helping schools solve specific problems."

Security Sales & Integration Associate Publisher Scott Goldfine said:

"The real test for new products is how they meet the needs of both the security integrator and their customer.

That’s why SSI's panel of experienced security industry professionals judge each entrant based on the technical merits and ease of installation of the product."

AmpliVox CEO Don Roth commented:

"These three awards since the Mega Hailer was introduced in 2018 show the strong market acceptance that this product has already received in its brief lifetime.
