In the audio visual world, the AmpliVox Maestro Adjustable Presentation Center puts you fully in command of your presentations with robust design features.

Because not every presenter is the same height, the Maestro adjusts in height from 38 inches to 44 inches high with the turn of a pneumatic dial.

Moreover the maestro has an extra-wide 31 inch reading table to accommodate a laptop and much more.

Raised panel lectern gives a classic look in boardroom or auditorium. Multiple coats of durable clear lacquer preserve the natural wood and enhance the grain.

AmpliVox General Information - Ordering, Warranty, Returns and Shipping

ORDERING INFORMATION:

AmpliVox Sound Systems accepts orders via email: orders@ampli.com. Invoice terms for credit accounts are NET 30 days. Orders are invoiced on the day of shipment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or modification of orders must be submitted to AmpliVox Sound Systems in writing. In some cases a cancellation fee may be charged if raw materials, work in progress or special products are involved.

A variety of our lecterns are custom built items, making them Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable. Custom & personalized orders made especially for you are non-returnable, items where a customer has requested specific attributes (e.g., finish, color, size, additional parts).

RETURN POLICY:

Written requests for a Return Authorization must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25% for Lecterns & 25% for Public Address Systems & Accessories.

All Returns require an authorization number. To request a return authorization visit our website www.ampli.com/returns/ or call Customer Service at 1-800-267-5486. Items returned without authorization will be refused. Original shipping charges will not be credited or refunded when returning items.

Warranty Information:

AmpliVox Sound Systems agrees (at its discretion) to repair or replace any brand product or component manufactured that is defective in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns it.

The warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required.

AmpliVox Sound Systems is not required to and will not replace the entire product(s). Our Limited Warranty is subject to limitations, exclusions and other provisions.

Limited Warranty:

ELECTRONICS - S805A, SW805A and SW925 are backed by our 6-Year Limited Warranty on parts and labor. WOOD & LAMINATE LECTERNS: are backed by our 6-Year Limited Warranty covering against manufacturers defects.

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS: Acrylics, accessories, contemporary lecterns, CD players, cassette players/recorders, megaphones, school products have varied warranties – please call for details.

Limited Warranty starts from the date of the item is received.

Warranty Exclusions:

Our warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear (nicks, dents, scratches, gouges and flaws resulting from), which is to be expected over the course of ownership
Defects or damage due to accident, alteration, abuse, misuse, dropping, natural disaster, neglect, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance
Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by AmpliVox Sound Systems
Product, and/or components that have been installed or repaired by parties other than AmpliVox Sound Systems
Products that were not installed, used or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings
Products used for rental purposes • Natural wood characteristics such as mineral streaks, knots, grain variations and normal differences between actual product and samples are not considered manufacturers defects
Oral or written statements made by AmpliVox Sound System dealers, distributors, agents, or sales representatives that are inconsistent with this Warranty are not certified by AmpliVox Sound Systems and have no force or effect

Shipping Information:

Packages (below 50 Ibs.) and Palletized (LTL) Freight (over 50 Ibs.) shipment orders ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. In general, please add 1-2 business days to allow for order processing time.

Palletized (LTL) Freight (over 50 Ibs.) shipment orders: Please provide accurate & complete delivery information, including dock hours & temporarily closed details, & any special handling services, if this information is not provided to us when order is placed additional shipping charges will be incurred such as: Redelivery, reshipment, storage charges & any special handling services may be assessed.

AmpliVox ships from warehouses located in Illinois & Michigan. WE ACCEPT AMEX, DISCOVER, MC & VISA.

Shipping Claims::

Customers are to inspect their shipments within 5 days of the delivery date.

Please note the following for Palletized (LTL) Freight (over 50 Ibs.) claims: In the case of reported concealed damage with a clear delivery receipt (defined as without notation of damage), the claim process must be initiated within:

Business-to-Business: Within twelve (12) calendar days after delivery of shipment
Business-to-Consumer: Within three (3) business days after delivery of shipment

AmpliVox Sound Systems reserves the right to discontinue and change product specifications.

Custom Smart Presentation Lecterns - Cathedral of Saint Paul

AmpliVox not only produces great sound systems, we also specialize in designing custom lecterns for various settings such as conference rooms, lecture halls, churches, and other public speaking events.

We work closely with clients to create custom designs that meet specific needs and requirements, such as incorporating branding or logos, accommodating different types of technology, and can be designed in various styles and finishes.

Jim Gajewski, Business Administrator at the Cathedral of Saint Paul in Minnesota had reached out to AmpliVox to build them a custom presentation lectern for their School of Discipleship program.

The lectern is to serve as a focal point for presenters while implementing features such as a built-in sound system and multimedia capabilities, allowing speakers to enhance their presentations and engage with their audiences more effectively.

The custom Smart Presentation Lectern will be used for three scenarios:

In-Person Presentation Viewing
In-Person Presentation and Hybrid Viewing, for those joining remotely to view through Zoom, YouTube, or Facebook.
Hybrid Presentation and Hybrid Viewing, for those joining remotely to also have the capability to present using all available media.

The Presentation Control commands the live streaming and local recording from the presenters laptop and the lecterns control surface.
